Family is important to me. From following in my father’s footsteps in attending the University of Notre Dame, to founding Brady Family Wealth in 2021, I have held the bonds of family close. I dearly respect the trust my clients place in our firm and take the responsibility of providing sound advice very seriously.
In charting my career path, I heeded Warren Buffet’s sage advice to understand the “language of business”, first as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, then expanding that knowledge to finance at the University of Chicago. It was there I discovered my love of studying financial markets, applying mathematics to value businesses and ultimately assess financial risk.
Achieving the rigorous and highly coveted Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation was an early pinnacle of my career. From 1986 to 2001, I advised corporations, but the pull of the greater impact I could make on families and individuals led me to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ – a move that has allowed me to help numerous families accomplish their important life goals.
With Brady Family Wealth, I have blended all my business passions. I treasure working side by side with Michael and Andrew. And I value using my decades-long expertise to help our clients achieve and maintain their own generational wealth.
Personally, my wife of 34 years, Lisa and I are over the moon for our granddaughter, Hallie. She is the light of our life, along with our 4 children, Daniel and Emily, in addition to Andrew and Michael. When I’m not focused on family, I enjoy a round of golf and fitness training.
