Rachel Gilmore CRPC®

Senior Client Relationship Manager

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Brady Family Wealth, I bring over a decade of industry experience and a deep commitment to building meaningful relationships. I manage the operational and administrative side of the client experience with precision and care, and I also lead client-focused projects that help us continually improve how we serve.

I was born and raised in Iowa and earned my finance degree at Iowa State University, where my interest in financial planning first took shape. I went on to complete my MBA at Drake University, driven by a desire to keep growing in this field. In 2021, I earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation, which further strengthened my focus on retirement planning and client service.

Growing up on my family’s 120-year-old Century Farm taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and stewardship — principles that still shape how I show up every day. Outside of work, I stay busy with my two kids, Dominic and Sienna, and their many activities. When I find time for myself, I love walking scenic trails and enjoying the quiet.

What I do at Brady Family Wealth

  • I serve as Senior Client Relationship Manager, focusing on delivering a personalized, high-touch experience for every client and their family.

  • I take the time to get to know each client and their family — building trust, communicating openly, and helping them stay aligned with their goals.

  • I manage the day-to-day operational and administrative details — from paperwork to account updates — to help ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • I lead internal projects that improve our service model and strengthen the way we support our clients and team.

I’m a proud mom to two young kids who’ve already caught the golf bug. Weekends often mean tee times and cheering them on at the course.

I find my own calm in the chaos by walking beautiful trails. It’s my favorite way to recharge and reflect.
